My full name is Kamolpan Kaewchana, people call me Oum for short. I’m 33 years old–

I’ve always loved exercising. Before my relationship with yoga, I would swim regularly- as a way to take my mind off day to day stress.

After graduating from college I started having much more time alone, which is where I discovered my practice in yoga and mindfulness. It is the only time, every day, where I feel like my mind is calm when I’m on the Yoga mat.

When I finally realized how committed and passionate I was, I sought out spaces that would further my practice and allow me to devote time to hone my skills. I discovered a Yoga Teacher Training course of over 240 hours of training, led in both Thai and English, at a school called Ananda Yoveda Shala-accredited by the Yoga Alliance since November 2019.

With my experience in personal training, along with certifications, I am able to instruct yoga courses in:
Vinyasa Yoga Flow: focuses on movement and breathing
Pranayama: a focus on one’s breathing control to increase breathing efficiency
Restorative Yoga with Thai Yoga Stretching: a yoga style that incorporates Thai style stretches for muscle relaxation

These three courses can be practiced by anyone regardless of gender and age,
