My name's Kenny and I have been a fitness trainer for more than 10 years. Both for kids and adults. I am a former professional football player and boxer who transitioned to coaching kids aged 8 to 16 for 3 years then decided to be a coach for adults as well. I managed and coached at a fitness franchise for 7 years; after which I started doing small groups and 1 on 1 training only.

I am a certified personal trainer (NASM), a CrossFit Level 1 coach and have BSc in Sports Science.

I am open to do personal training for adults who are looking to improve their overall health/fitness, improve their fitness for sports, weight loss, improve balance, nutritional guidance, improve strength and flexibility. I can also add boxing to any training. I can train those who have little to no experience in fitness and/or those who have moderate to extensive experience in fitness.

I am also open to train kids ages 12 and up for specific sports/fitness training.

Typically, I would arrange a certain amount of sessions in a 1 month period with my clients. Rather that would be 5, 10, 12 or 16 sessions.

I'm happy to travel to clients gym or condo/apartment gym.

At the moment, Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Sunday are open.
