i have been working in siam michelin leamchabang (it's a tiremanufacturing factory) as a quality obtention engineer in tire building machine department , at a quality obtention engineer my responsibility is define the cause of the problem causing waste and find root cause analysis , check process control and set parameter m/c, find customer risk , test process capability , check nonconform and nonstandard in tire process, help operator gain quality job competencies (trian and mentoring) and create standard reaction for operator
