Learning the basics of the Ashtanga Yoga Primary Series from Sun Salutations to the standing postures, seated postures, jump backs and jump throughs, and the finishing sequence.
Hatha-Vinyasa Flow1000 บาท ต่อชั่วโมง
A dynamic flow based on continuous movement and performing Vinyasas to improve strength, flexibility, and stamina.
Yoga Foundations1000 บาท ต่อชั่วโมง
Building a strong foundation for poses that are often taught in yoga classes from Downward Facing Dog to Chaturangas. If the student has a strong foundation, we can move into doing simple sequences like Sun Salutations and their modifications.
