Hi,

I would like to offer you a brief introduction to myself and my teaching experience. In university I earned a Bachelor's of Arts degree in philosophy and shortly thereafter, I moved to South Korea to teach ESL to elementary and adult students. Since then, I have taught ESL in various Asian countries including Thailand, Hong Kong, and China.

While my teaching methods vary depending on the age group, I am adept at establishing a welcoming learning environment that is conducive to learning across all levels. I consistently foster positive relationships with students and their families, and I provide timely and detailed feedback to parents about their child’s progress. By implementing a wide variety of TPR techniques to promote reading, writing, speaking and listening skills, my lesson plans not only cover required course topics but also encourage student engagement and lead to successful learning outcomes.

In terms of online instruction, I have a number of ways to ensure that the children are focussing on the lesson and at the same time enjoying the material. I will send an additional email with an intro video shortly.
